The price includes postage, packaging, and shipment insurance. Depending on the country of delivery, additional fees which are not included in the price (such as customs duties and taxes) may be charged. These additional fees will be paid by the consignee.

Shipping

We ship using reputable shipping companies such as FedEx, UPS, DHL. We will send you a tracking number as soon as it is available. The shipment is insured for the value of the shipment or more. No carrier allows shipping of bulk batteries. Batteries must be built-in or travel with the model to be shipped.

Provider shall not be liable for instances where delivery of a product or service is not made due to false, inaccurate or incomplete information provided by the user or where the sale cannot be made for reasons beyond the control of the provider.

Shipping outside EU

Orders with a destination outside the European Union are subject to the payment of the applicable customs duties set by each country. These additional fees will be paid by the consignee.

Production time

Production time (indicated on the product or enquire via the contact form) and customs clearance time (in countries where required) are not included and must be added to the delivery time. Orders are shipped in the following 1-2 days.

Some products may be available for purchase but may not be in stock.

Notwithstanding the foregoing, the Provider must take the precautions required of a diligent trader to the satisfaction of the customer, no liability can be attributed to the Provider for this reason.
