TL;DR

Cancellation of the order can only be if the transport has not been ordered or the goods have not been handed over to the carrier. Returns can be made to the address below within 14 days only if the goods are in perfect condition, original packaging and it  is not a custom product. The cost of the return is paid by the buyer.

Order cancellation

The customer may request cancellation of his order if the order has not yet left our premises and is not a product with specific specifications. Each request is considered individually. The Seller reserves the right to refuse an order without giving a reason.

Returns

If shipping has been ordered or the goods have been handed over to a carrier, the customer must wait until they have received the order to make a return.

The customer can make a return if:

• The return will be made within 14 days
• The shipment has not been handled
• The goods are in perfect condition and in their original packaging
• The goods have not been used
• It is not a custom-made product
• The buyer sends a message to the seller about the return of the goods and the seller confirms it.
• The buyer pays the shipping costs.

Upon return of the goods and verification that all return requirements have been met, the customer will be refunded the amount paid for the goods (i.e. the order price less the cost of shipping).
