Track belts

Discover our rubber belts. They are interchangeable with Bruder belts, made of rubber and reinforced with fiberglass.

Made of rubber

The rubber we use is made up of several components that allow us to adjust its hardness exactly as we need it.

Since, the rubber we use has a much higher coefficient of friction, so the tractor's pulling force is increased compared to the original tracks as well.

No elongation

Since a belt made only of rubber would stretch in length when tension is applied, our belt is reinforced with fiberglass. The fibres are placed in the middle of the belt thickness, thus allowing the belt to bend.

Simple outside, complex inside.

At first look, the belt is just rubber, but there are actually more than 40 load-spreading pads and several metres of fibreglass reinforcement inside.

Bruder compatible

Our tracks are fully interchangeable with the tracks that come with the John Deere 9620RX tractor from Bruder.

Spread pads

These pads are used for many purposes. But most importantly, together with other elements, they ensure optimal belt behaviour. The pads are essential for the following three reasons:

  • 1. Enhanced durability

To increase the life of the belt, the elements that transmit the torque from the drive wheel to the belt movement are reinforced with plastic spread pads.

  • 2. Shape stability

Spread plastic pads not only make the entire element more rigid, but also help to spread the load over the entire width of the belt.

  • 3. Noise reduction

Since the pads are fully rubber coated, so there is no annoying clicking that can occur when using the original belts.
